Our client located in Southern, NJ is currently looking for someone to take on the responsibility of Shop Foreman. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom enclosure and cabinet systems. This position will require the individual to have hands on experience working in a industrial fabrication shop.

Responsibilities:

Schedule manufacturing through Final Shipment
Production standards that meet or exceed customer expectation
Enforce company policies and procedures
Interact with Management, Sales, Engineering and QC to improve production
Oversee improvement of employee skills with a concentration on cross training
