This specialist is responsible to support the project manager for the Electric/Electronic integration and buildability of a vehicle project, preparing Commissioning Status overviews and deviation, and calculating the daily DRR reports with focus of each IBN station incl.

CP6, C7 and CP8 with providing top 3 errors and trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize Project Status meetings to present status reports for Commissioning vehicles in pre-series.
  • Track AWE and AEKO Status in project and keep expiration times up to date. Escalate extension in a timely manner and present weekly status.
  • Provide IBN Direct Run Rate (DRR) status on a daily base for all IBN’s incl. CP6, CP7, and CP8. provide top3 errors for each IBN incl. trend and communicate to causing department to request counter measures and clean points.
  • Present IBN DRR report in project meetings and distribute to project team members.
  • Hand over reporting to SOP to Assembly Team for future reporting
  • Support root cause analysis in Assembly and Finish.
  • Follow up with TE Project Manager/SET and Fachgruppen Speaker for Traffic light sheet timings and alignment

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electric/Electronic engineering or proof of similar qualification.
  • Experiences in organization and leading of project teams
  • > 2 years of experiences in related job field.
  • Good knowledge in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Able to summarize complex topics into easy and quick understandable messages
Preferred
  • 5+ years job related experience with automotive background
  • Strong understanding of change management and its implications
  • Ability to read and talk German or Spanish
  • Experiences in Automotive Project Management
  • Knowledge of Automotive Electric/Electronics
