This position will float between our Central Texas properties, located in Austin, Pflugerville, and Round Rock.

Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician is a key role on the team as they are responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community.
What your day-to-day might look like:
- Perform appliance, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC duties in a timely and professional manner
- Inspect vacated apartments and perform duties to restore apartments to “make ready” status
- Complete resident service requests and preventative maintenance repairs
- Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities to ensure high-quality upkeep
- Perform effective emergency maintenance calls per company policy
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with various duties and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience
- HVAC Certified or must be willing to become certified (company will pay for)
- Highschool diploma or equivalent to
- Reliable transportation
- You are punctual, dependable and a self-starter
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call when needed
