What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, isolate, and resolve electrical malfunctions using advanced tools and test instruments.
- Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime and keep production on track.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including AC and DC systems, motors, transformers, and high-voltage systems.
- Install and maintain electrical systems in compliance with the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and longevity of systems.
- Utilize industry-standard safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to maintain ISO certification and ensure operational excellence.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or vocational training plus completion of a formal accredited apprenticeship or equivalent trades training.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including Ohm’s Law, AC/DC motors, transformers, and troubleshooting tools like meggers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized, driven, and eager to grow in your role.
- A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
What to Expect:
- Physical Demands:
- Regular standing and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), with activities such as reaching, climbing, and stooping.
- Work Environment:
- Exposure to moving parts, electrical systems, airborne particles, heat, and noise.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
