This role is integral to the efficient operation of our team and requires a high level of organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Family Law cases, ensuring all necessary actions are taken in a timely and efficient manner
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with accuracy and precision
• Attend court for status hearings as required, maintaining professionalism and decorum
• Engage in regular client-facing interactions, providing a high level of customer service
• Conduct thorough research pertaining to each case to ensure all aspects are considered
• Manage discovery process, effectively dealing with large volumes of documents and data
• Perform detailed income analysis as part of the discovery process
• Work collaboratively with partners and team members, taking direction as needed
• Maintain a high level of organization in all tasks, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and updated. • Must possess deep understanding and hands-on experience in Family Law
• Proficiency in drafting agreements required
• Experience in drafting various documents is essential
• Expertise in creating legal documents is mandatory
• Must demonstrate excellent skills in conversing with clients.
