Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including tubes, fillers, lipstick, bars, jars, conveyors, carton machines, labelers, and other packaging machinery.
- Ensure compliance with GMP SOPs and other regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Assemble and build machines as necessary to support production needs.
- Collaborate with line operators and technicians to identify mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in the maintenance management system.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a cosmetics or food manufacturing environment is required.
- Proficiency in working with tubes, fillers, lipstick, bars & jars equipment.
- Understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Hands-on experience with conveyors, carton machines, labelers, and assembling/building machinery.
- Familiarity with GMP SOP standards is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and early shifts as needed.
