In this role, you will be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for overseeing payroll and benefits, and engaging in all aspects of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer benefits programs, providing comprehensive support for all employees
  • Engage in various aspects of HR, including hiring processes, compliance, and employee relations
  • Utilize HR tools such as ADP, ATS, Ceridian, and HCM for efficient management of HR operations
  • Ensure effective communication with all levels of the organization, fostering a positive work environment
  • Participate in the strategic planning and growth of the company
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and guidelines
  • Develop and implement effective hiring processes to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all employees, promoting a positive company culture
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
  • Extensive experience as a Human Resources Manager, preferably in a senior role
  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
  • Experience with Ceridian and HCM systems
  • Thorough understanding of Benefit Functions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and laws related to HR
  • Proven track record in managing Employee Relations
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective Hiring Processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
