We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to become a key member of our dynamic team.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 4 days, 10-hour shifts, or 3 days, 12-13 hour shifts
• Option for M-F with early hours starting at 7 AM

Core Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to determine therapy needs following orthopedic treatments.
• Developing and executing customized treatment plans for post-surgical and injury recovery.
• Applying therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain and improve patient mobility.
• Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborating with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare providers to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but recent graduates are welcome
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and EMR systems
