Responsibilities:
  • Scan over 2000 documents with accuracy and efficiency
  • File documents in chronological order for ease of access and reference
  • Shred documents as per the company's data policy
  • Use Microsoft Office Suites for data entry and document management
  • Utilize MS Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook for record keeping and communication
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
  • Demonstrate technical savviness in handling office equipment and software
  • Ensure all office documents and records are maintained accurately. • Demonstrated proficiency in Data Entry
  • Experience in Filing and Scanning documents
