Responsibilities- Ensures the maintenance strategy for the plant aligns with the business goals by identifying, planning, and prioritizing work, developing, and supporting plans for improvement, identifying, and preparing capital project proposals.
- Effectively develops, scopes, and executes projects to drive safety, reliability, and productivity.
- Effectively manage all capital projects/installations and delivers results in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Helps to maintain budget (labor, contractor, repair & replacement) and inventory of spare parts in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Lead and manage the daily activities of the Maintenance Technicians (i.e. daily scheduling, reviewing job completion, performance, policy compliance, etc.).
- Lead and support the Maintenance Technicians from onboarding through job certification, including assisting with performance reviews, scheduling training courses, and providing coaching and work experiences to build their skills.
- Execute maintenance activities by coordinating with the Operations team to plan and identify priority work, schedule resources, and work within the budget guidelines.
- Active participant in the daily huddles, and plant planning meetings.
- Reviews the daily RWP (Reliability Work Process) process to prioritize the operations and maintenance tasks and achieve sustained facility reliability.
