Pharmacy Technician
Calling ALL Pharmacy Techs, MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE!!
Adecco is currently assisting a National Pharmaceutical client, searching for REMOTE Pharmacy Techs.
***Must have State License and/or Certifications***
This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8am to 11pm
The anticipated wage for this position is between $18 and $19.19. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a high volume call center
- Eligible for state registration, certification or licensure per state regulations.
- Healthcare or PBM/prior authorization-related required.
- Must have some familiarity with medical terminology and coding.
Work from home requirements:
- Workspace is dedicated to business during working hours and is not accessible by others who may be present in the household; telephone conversations cannot be overheard, and documents/computer screens cannot be viewed by others.
- You are required to provide your high speed internet speeds.
- Minimal home broadband connectivity speed of 25 mb download and 3 mb upload speed. Speed for home internet can be confirmed by going to www.speedtest.net.
- Smartphones are required. The VPN token will need to be downloaded to the user’s smartphone.
- That the assignment could be changed to an in office assignment.
Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.19 per hour
