Randstad is partnered with a company in the technology and real estate space to fill a position supporting the execution of operations in the New York City market.
This is the busiest and most in- demand market.
The Operations Associate joins a team, supporting new and existing clients and tenants with day to day operational support and unit preparation.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality or a related field, and high aptitude for technology and process improvement.This role is onsite at the office in NYC with daily travel to client/property locations.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in operations, supplemented by additional customer service, hospitality, or related
- EXCELLENT communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects in an efficient and timely fashion
- Keen attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- MS Office Suite and Google Suite Experience

Responsibilities
The role is primarily responsible for supporting the Operations team with preparing new units, unit turnover, guest preparation, and serving as the liaison for guest inquiries and requests in the city.Frequent requests include guest keys and lockouts, coordinating furniture replacement, tracking and monitoring repair requests, and the unit refresh process. The NYC market serves about 750 units.

- Complete walkthroughs to review key customer service standards of excellence
- Support projects such as key and lockbox management, inventory and storage review and organization, and fimling check in and marketing videos
