ACN - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – School Setting

Job Description:

• This position involves providing 1-on-1 care for an 8-year-old student in a small Special Day Class (SDC) setting. The student experiences frequent seizures and requires constant supervision to ensure their safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide close monitoring of the student throughout the school day.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to seizure activity and other medical needs.
• Support the student in a classroom environment while maintaining their health and safety.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification.
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and attentiveness.
