Responsibilities:
- Lead all parts of the development cycle, creating schedules, guiding other engineers, assisting with workload and overcoming difficult-to-solve problems
- Effectively manage the gap between software and System Admin solutions in order to provide robust system solutions
- Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and driving the adoption of those technologies within the company
- Identify inefficiencies & problems within company processes & tools and drive solutions to these problems including pitching ideas, receiving buy-in from other teams, and spearheading development
- Set software development best practices, investigate and select technologies & tools to lead the company into the future
- Design and code frameworks that other team members can use for implementing software solutions with the ability to dive into pre-existing frameworks in order to add new features, fix bugs, or refactor code
- Quickly analyze and solve difficult software problems
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE- Generally 10 year or more of experience in a specialized functional discipline
- Computer Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Computer Science (Bachelor's degree) or Software Engineering (Bachelor's degree)
- Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $142,674 - $181,750 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
