Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Bloomfield, CT. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience overseeing a production team in a manufacturing environment. This person will oversee the entire shop floor, planning,scheduling, performing, directing, and evaluating projects that are in the shop.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6:30 AM - 3 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Coordinate all activities in the shop.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and operating procedures.
Selects, qualifies and supervises operators, ensures personnel are trained to meet requirements.
Assigns and delegates tasks.
Monitors quality and safety.
Open and set-up shop Mon.
Quality control experience and ability to read customer prints

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 50lbs
