Warehouse Operator - Level II
DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator – Level II to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN.

+ **Supporting Delivery** : Operating manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products according to customer expectations will ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
+ **Effective Communication** : Communicating effectively with your team and support teams will ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
+ **Continuous Improvement** : Participating in activities to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development will contribute to ongoing improvements in the workplace.
+ **Maintaining Cleanliness** : Keeping your work area clean and orderly, including performing routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks, will contribute to a safer and more efficient work environment.

**Education/Experience**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
+ Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Additional Information**
+ Must be able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a highly congested area.
+ Forklift certification preferred.
+ Ability to pass in-house forklift safety requirements.
