Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Hybrid opportunity! We are in search of a Payroll Specialist to join our client located in the downtown Pittsburgh area. You will be tasked with administering the payroll, the accuracy of data, and resolving payroll related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Work with vendors to ensure accurate tax and garnishments are processed
- Serve as the systems administrator within the Workday application
- Responsible for accurate reporting of payroll and perform monthly reconciliation of all payroll accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
- Proven experience in payroll
- Proficiency in Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to payroll and benefits administration.
