Preparation of managerial reports for approval by the Program Director (MPD) and distribution to the stakeholders is also a key task. This resource will assist with leading IT stakeholder analysis and evaluation of the State Business Process Model's (BPM) alignment with or deviation from the Centers for Medicaid Medicare Services (CMS)-defined standards and conditions for IT systems.
This resource may interface with Division Leadership and DHHS Subject Matter Experts (SME) as required to complete the work. This role is focused on monitoring and managing project delivery, certification and compliance. Participation in drafting procurement documentation, Request for Proposals (RFPs) is key aspect.
Interface with business stakeholders will occur daily.
Knowledge of Enterprise IT Systems and related State/Federal procurement, compliance, and contracting policies
Project management experience supporting and managing date-to-day vendor and contract activities to ensure that the project meets milestones
Has an understanding of CMS’ Seven Standards and Conditions and Medicaid programs
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, function in a fast-paced moving constantly changing, deadline driven environment
Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software
Skills in persuasion, negotiation, relationship management, conflict resolution, and effective oral and written communication at all levels
Solid work experience managing implementation projects in the healthcare or related arena working with multiple stakeholders
Solid work experience managing projects implementing healthcare or related systems including applicable data transmission and interface requirements
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Product Owner (CPO)
Prior experience working with data analytics
