About Our Client

Since 2019, they have built over 22,000 apartment units and a $2 billion portfolio of ground-up developments.

• Assist the Lead Superintendent in overseeing all aspects of construction on the multifamily project.
• Ensure the timely completion of the project, currently slated for delivery in April 2026.
• Coordinate and manage site activities, subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Work with wood and metal framing under the podium, as well as other structural elements.
• Travel to future project locations in states such as Florida, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Tennessee as needed.
• Use Procore for construction management, and exposure to Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools is a plus.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting efforts using Word and Excel.

• 5-6 years of experience in construction, preferably with ground-up multifamily projects.
• Experience in MEP, metal framing, and clubhouses is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish, working on-site with teams and subcontractors.
• Must be comfortable with travelling to different project sites post-completion of multifamily project .
• Open to candidates with more senior experience as long as they are comfortable with the Assistant Superintendent title.
• Exposure to Procore, Microsoft word and excel is a must
• Any knowledge of Microsoft Project or Scheduling tool is a plus

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000+ (higher compensation available for more senior candidates).
• All travel costs covered, with options for either fully furnished housing and a $750/month car allowance, or a per diem of approximately $2,500/month.
