  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including release notes, user guides, and training materials, as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization through written or verbal means.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business process and pain points while also becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
  • Periodically review Salesforce user access permissions to ensure privileges are commensurate with user job duties.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Salesforce solutions, candidly sharing your findings while also offering possible solutions.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written mediums, as well as interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff.
  • Ability to be a proactive self-starter who understands the details within a much larger context.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands.
  • The position periodically requires off-site work at a war room or the courthouse when the case goes to trial.
  • The position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Able to sit for extended periods at a desk while typing, using a mouse, and looking at a computer screen.
