Maintenance Tech I
Phoenixville
Responsibilities:
Performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations. Possess a basic knowledge of Utility plant operations, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, HVAC, Building Maintenance and Building Automation Systems.The technician is expected to manage their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicate with Leads and Managers. Additional duties as assigned by Management.
This is a Full Time Evening Position, Hours are 3:00pm-11:30pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements- High School Diploma
- OR - GED - OR
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Relevant Experience
- PA Drivers License
- Excellent Communications Skills
