10pm-6:30 am/ Full Time/ 40 Hours
The primary responsibilities of the Laboratory Customer Service Representative are to register patient specimens for in house or referral testing, retrieve appropriate billing information from a variety of electronic systems, and to answer and route telephone calls from customers.In addition, provides information to customers and solicits information to triage calls to disseminate to appropriate departments. This position acts as liaison between customer and various departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years phlebotomy, processing, or customer service experience preferred.
