About Our Client

A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.

• Assist in leading cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and project alignment across all departments.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely task completion and effective risk mitigation.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and ensure comprehensive documentation for auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze impacts, define requirements, and escalate risks through proper governance channels.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management analysis roles within the finance industry.
• Strong understanding of equity back office operations and familiarity with products traded in equity markets.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the US broker-dealer industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of equity back office processes, including settlement, accounting, corporate actions, and regulatory reporting.
