We are offering an opportunity for a junior or mid-level associate attorney to join our team, primarily involved in commercial litigation. The selected candidate will be working on a variety of substantive litigation matters, including complex litigation, corporate disputes, and intellectual property disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation cases, including complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation.
• Draft pleadings and motions as part of the litigation process.
• Draft and respond to written discovery requests.
• Manage document discovery and ensure all relevant materials are properly organized and accessible.
• Defend depositions and argue motions as needed.
• Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including organizing evidence, coordinating witnesses, and developing legal strategies.
• Maintain superior legal writing skills to effectively communicate complex legal matters.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality legal services.
• Stay informed about developments and changes in the law, and apply this knowledge to current cases.
• JD degree from a top-tier law school and strong academic credentials.
• Must be an active member in good standing of a State Bar
• 2+ years of experience with commercial litigation
• Proficiency in handling Discovery Responses and Drafting Motions
• Experience in Defending Depositions and Trial Preparation
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property - Litigation
• Skilled in handling Complex Commercial Litigation cases
• Excellent Legal Writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of professional ethics and integrity
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using legal research software and other related software
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge on laws and legal guidelines.
