Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly financial statements and management reports
• Conduct general ledger account analysis and reconciliations as part of the month-end close process
• Oversee the maintenance of the fixed asset ledger, depreciation calculations, and capital expenditure requests
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax reports
• Evaluate financial operations and recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and initiate improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required
• 5+ years of experience in progressing accounting roles
• Strong understanding and experience with GAAP, financial statements, accruals, fixed assets, depreciation and reconciliations
• Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
