Attorney/Lawyer
This role involves representing clients in employment-related legal matters, including but not limited to, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and employment contracts.
This is a partnership track position!
Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days in office, Friday is remoteSalary: $150,000-$180,000 (DOE) (will go higher if you have more experience)

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in employment-related cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and appearing in court or administrative hearings.
Manage a caseload from inception through resolution, including conducting legal research, analyzing case law, and providing strategic advice.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provide clients with informed legal advice.
Provide legal counsel to clients on employment-related issues, including workplace disputes, employment agreements, and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
Prepare and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents to ensure they are legally sound and aligned with clients’ interests.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, including hands-on experience with employment litigation and advising on employment-related matters.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in NY
**Needs to have employment litigation experience (at least 50 cases under their belt)**
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
