About the Role:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience. The Recruitment Specialist remains up to date on the requirements of the various positions in the company and acts as an advocate for new and established employees.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Advertise vacancies within the organization.
  • Conduct over-the-phone screenings and interviews.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and the local community while promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Complete reference checks for onboarding candidates.
  • Advise candidates of the outcome of their interview.
  • Organize and facilitate job fairs as needed.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Management or related field with two years recruiting experience.
OR
  • Associate degree with four years recruiting experience.
  • Experience in high volume recruiting
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to successfully clear a background check.
  • Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
