Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Experience from a reputable tech company.
2. Senior-level experience, ideally with Python, Django, TypeScript, and React.
3. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, Rust, or Golang, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
4. Strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architecture.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work independently while also excelling in team-based, cross-functional collaboration.
7. Proven track record of influencing peers and stakeholders across teams.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript and experience with frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Professional experience with video streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
