Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Property Management Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and tenants, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, tenants, and clients warmly and assist with inquiries.
- Answer and route phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Maintain schedules, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings for management staff.
- Handle tenant requests and issues, providing timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and update tenant and property records in the management software.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other documentation as needed.
- Support property management staff with various tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
