Responsibilities:

Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5pm

• Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position is mainly involved in the day to day activities related to banking and investment activities under Trustbridge, Inc. and the Foundation.
• Primary functions include assisting in the preparation of daily cash transactions, monitoring and reviewing investments; preparing investment reports and assisting role in the preparation of budget.
• Other responsibilities include assisting with financial analysis and financial reporting, fund accounting and account reconciliations as well as a supporting role for other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education/Regulatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in either finance, accounting, economics is preferred.

Skills:

• Three years’ experience performing treasury functions, investment analysis and financial analysis or other advanced accounting functions, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Expertise with computer based financial applications, including Microsoft Dynamics GP, budget forecasting tools.
• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010, with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functions and analysis tools.
• Familiar with analysis of investments instruments and investment markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Language Skills:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
