Director of Marketing

This role will be pivotal in driving our brand's growth in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to marketing teams, guiding them in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Implement direct response marketing techniques to promote our services and products.
• Lead media buying efforts across various channels, including affiliate traffic, YouTube, and Facebook, to maximize promotional opportunities.
• Manage monthly launches, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies that support sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Understand and implement direct marketing copy and sales techniques to effectively communicate value propositions to our target audience.
• Manage marketing technology stacks for efficient campaign execution and reporting.
• Conduct regular performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Marketing
• Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) is necessary
• Should have strong knowledge and experience in using CRM
• Familiarity with Facebook Insights is required
• Skills in Google AdWords and Google Analytics are essential
• Must have experience in creating and managing Advertisements
• Should have a strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies
• Expertise in Campaign Planning is necessary
• Knowledge and experience in Collateral Management are needed
• Must be well-versed in Digital Marketing strategies and tools
• Experience in Direct Response Marketing is essential
