Responsibilities- The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repair, and technical support for our clients' equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The role involves working independently and as part of a team to ensure the efficient operation of our clients' equipment.
- - Travel to client sites to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to optimize performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment configurations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to coordinate service visits and resolve issues.
