Compensation: $50 to $55 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities -

Provide individual and group counseling to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.-

Assist students in developing coping strategies and conflict-resolution skills.-

Advocate for students' well-being and academic success.-

Respond to crises such as bullying, family emergencies, or mental health concerns.-

Develop safety plans and connect students to resources for immediate support.-

Collaborate with families to support students' academic, emotional, and social development.-

Conduct home visits when necessary to assess family situations and offer support-

Provide training for staff on topics such as trauma-informed practices, mental health awareness, and cultural competency.
