Robert Half's client is offering an exciting long-term contract opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager with expertise in membership and direct mail. This role is pivotal within their marketing team, focusing on the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing awareness, engagement, and conversions.

The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to leverage content across multiple channels, ensuring maximum reach and impact. This position plays a key role in driving member engagement and enhancing the overall member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing plans tailored to target audiences and organizational goals.
  • Audience Engagement: Identify and analyze target audiences, crafting strategies to effectively engage them.
  • Member Experience: Design and implement member journey maps to enhance the overall member experience.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation processes to optimize efficiency and impact.
  • Program Management: Launch and manage member-centric marketing programs focused on driving engagement and increasing membership.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager to develop and execute campaigns that convert leads into active supporters.
  • Membership Campaigns: Manage new member and supporter campaigns, including overseeing the annual revenue budget and projections.
  • Strategic Experimentation: Experiment with product and messaging strategies to convert followers into members and elevate existing members to higher levels of engagement.
  • Digital Growth: Utilize tools such as search and social media to support a comprehensive list growth strategy.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze audience data to derive actionable insights and produce meaningful reports that inform future strategies.

  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong focus on membership and direct mail campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex marketing plans.
