HR Recruiting Specialist (Bilingual)

Our client is a rapidly growing contractor in the Tampa market, with a strong focus on expansion and operational excellence. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled HR Recruiting Specialist to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in recruiting for both field workers and salaried managerial positions, ensuring a seamless hiring process that supports the companys continued success.

This role will involve building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the best fit for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting for field workers and salaried managerial roles.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the interview process.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, trade schools, and industry associations to expand the candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience recruiting both field workers and salaried professionals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
