We're looking for highly organized and proactive individuals to become essential members of the team as Administrative Assistant Administrative Assistant In this dynamic role, you’ll support Senior Directors in the Engineering and Marketing Technology/AI divisions, ensuring a safe, healthy, and efficient work environment while providing key administrative and logistical support.

salary: $24 - $26.06 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, job duties include:

  • Perform a variety of office functions including setting up and maintaining files, answering inquiries, and making appropriate referrals.
  • Arrange meetings, conferences, and events, coordinating schedules and logistics.
  • Review drafts and final documents for grammatical accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing and tracking expense reports, purchase orders, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Update organizational charts and manage department or equipment moves.
  • Coordinate a range of meeting, event, and travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare special reports, selecting and compiling relevant information from various sources for senior leadership.

Skills:

  • 2+ years of Administrative experience supporting 3 or more Senior Directors in a Corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, travel, and events.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
