Office Manager
Responsibilities:-Reception Management:-Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.-Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking messages as needed.-Maintain a clean and organized reception area.-Expense Report Processing:-Collect and organize expense reports from executives.-Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports using [specific software or system].-Liaise with finance department to resolve any discrepancies or issues.-Office Administration:-Oversee general office activities and operations, including supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility management.-Manage office budgets and expenses.-Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.-Executive Support:-Provide administrative support to a few executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.-Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.-Team Coordination:-Act as a central point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests.-Foster a positive and collaborative office culture by organizing team events and activities.
