Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and a small, dynamic team of developers to shape the future of our applications and technology stack.

• Development & Implementation: Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications, particularly focused on AI projects, using .NET Core and Microsoft SQL.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and fellow developers to ensure the technical vision aligns with business objectives. Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and planning sessions.
• AI Projects: Contribute to the development and enhancement of current, ongoing, and new AI-driven applications.
• Release Management: Help ensure smooth deployment and delivery of updates by contributing to the 4-times-daily release schedule.
• Security & Compliance: Maintain and enhance security standards for enterprise-grade applications. Ability to work with existing security protocols and handle sensitive data securely.
• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor junior developers, provide feedback, and promote best practices across the development team.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for all code and applications.

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core and Microsoft SQL in an enterprise environment.
• Cloud Experience: Experience working with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
• Release Management: Experience with continuous integration and deployment, with a fast-paced release cycle (4 times daily).
• Security Clearance: If applicable, any existing security clearance is a strong plus.
