Job Description- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage communication and coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project delivery
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
- Implement risk management procedures
- Ensure safety on site
- Report progress to VP of Operations

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules
- Proven experience in risk management
- Competitive salary range, approximately $140,000 - $160,000 annually
