Alzheimer’s Center (ACT) - Tenure Track Faculty
Summary of Position:
The Alzheimer’s Center (ACT) at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is seeking qualified candidates for the role of scientist for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, whose research program investigates mechanisms and/or therapeutic targets for Alzheimer's disease (AD), brain aging, dementias and AD-related disorders (ADRD).
ACT is interested in qualified applicants who will have expertise related to one or more of the following areas:- Neurobiology of aging and AD/ADRD, including animal models and/or cell culture systems
- Histopathology, biochemical analysis, biomarkers, or translational studies, including human and non-human samples.
- Omics approaches in brain aging or dementias.
