Registered Nurse Case Management - Remote

Job Description:

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential need for Registered Nurse Case Managers (RNCM). These will be completely remote positions, working entirely from the Nurse’s home. The Nurse will be develop, implement and review health care plans for the dependents of our Nation’s Active Duty and eligible retirees.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Nursing Degree
  • At least one active state nurse license, preferably compact state licensure
  • At least 2 years’ experience working as an RNCM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Possess one of the following certifications:
  • Commission for Case Manager Certification Certified Case Manager (CCM)
  • Certification of Disability Management Specialists Commission: Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS)
  • Association of Rehabilitation Nurses: Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)
  • American Board for Occupational Health Nurses Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist (COHN-S).
  • National Board for Certification in Continuity of Care: Advanced Certification in Continuity of Care (ACCC)
  • Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
  • American Nurses Credentialing Center Nurse Case Manager (RN-NCM)
  • National Academy of Certified Care Managers: Care Manager Certified (CMC)
  • Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.
  • Must have access to secure, high speed internet.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • No nights and weekends
  • 8 hours a day
