KS824 - Full-Time Spanish speaking Housekeeper - Upper East Side, NYC
Overview:
A family on the Upper East Side of NYC is adding a third housekeeper to their team for their seven-floor townhouse. There will be three live-out housekeepers on the team, working 40 hours per week. Candidates should already be local to the NYC area. There are some weeks when the children will be in residence and others when they are not. This role would always be working with another team member. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish. This is required. Your days off would be Monday and Tuesday. The hours for the schedule will change when the children are in residence. It will be rotating ever other week:
When the children are not in residence the schedule will be:
Wednesday through Saturday, 12pm-8pm
Sunday from 8am-4pm.
When the children are in residence, the schedule will be:
Wednesday and Thursday from 12pm-8pm
Friday from 7-3pm
Saturday from 10am-7pm
Sunday from 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:
- Working on a team of housekeepers
- Able to walk up and down steps
- Comfortable working with a small dog.
- At times, there may be up to four teenagers at the residence (ages 10-16 years old).
- Excellent serving, cleaning, deep cleaning, and organization skills
- Willing and able to cook
- Great laundry and ironing skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating tech/smart home
- Polished and professional personality
- Works well independently and on a team
- Flexibility with schedule/days of work
- Prior experience as a housekeeper in NYC or the Hamptons in a UHNW home. Townhouse experience is a plus!
- One of the housekeepers speaks Spanish, so must be able to communicate on basics with her.
- Fluent in Spanish is required.

- Prior high-end houskeeping experience
- Flexibility is key!

Salary and Benefits:
The family is offering $40-45/hr (depending on experience) and the following benefits:
- Medical stipend of $70/week (after three months of employment)
- 15 days of PTO
