Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8am - 5pm Pay: $14

Responsibilities- Provide polite and efficient assistance to callers, ensuring high-quality customer service for non-emergency medical transportation.
- Assess client eligibility and gather necessary details to arrange the most appropriate transportation.
- Stay updated on local transportation policies to ensure proper scheduling and service delivery.
- Utilize trip scheduling and dispatch software accurately to coordinate transportation services.
- Collaborate with facilities, providers, and internal staff to manage urgent care needs and discharges effectively.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client, company, and employee information while handling all required reports and documentation.
