We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our assembly line team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Job Description: As an Assembly Line Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of our doors. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the efficient and quality-driven production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and select raw materials for production.
- Operate machinery for cutting, shaping, and assembling door components.
- Assemble door parts, including frames and hardware, following specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
- Maintain machinery and tools to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Package and label finished doors for shipping.
- Document production quantities and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
