Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Employee Lifecycle and People Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the Global Head of People Operations, this role will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding, while embedding employee experience across key processes and ensuring employee engagement, development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Provide strategic HR direction and consultation to department and organizational leaders to align with business objectives.
  • Diagnose performance and organizational effectiveness concerns using tools such as 360 feedback surveys, employee metrics, benchmarking data, and market trends.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to execute change management initiatives and address evolving business priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on morale, performance, and development issues, identifying root causes and recommending strategies for improvement.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of employee engagement and performance improvement strategies, including 30-, 60-, 90-day check-ins, annual engagement surveys, and exit interviews.
  • Oversee learning and development programs, refining training resources and compliance content for new hires and leaders.
  • Administer and drive the Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and performance review processes.
  • Research, draft, and interpret company policies, updating the employee handbook as needed to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Contribute to the development and management of total rewards initiatives, including compensation and benefits strategy and additional reward programs.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives to promote a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle within a fast-paced and evolving organization.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic HR leadership, including diagnosing organizational challenges and driving transformational change at scale.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities, particularly related to employee and organizational metrics.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities independently.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective DEI strategies and initiatives.
  • A collaborative team player with an ability to influence and partner effectively across all organizational levels.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll, benefits, and other HR-related processes.
  1. Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
  1. Compliance Knowledge
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance standards to ensure organizational adherence and minimize risk.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and systems to support a legally compliant work environment.
  1. Employee Relations Expertise
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills to address workplace challenges effectively.
  1. Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Experience
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting HRMS platforms to support business needs.
  1. HR Business Partner (HRBP) Skills
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, collaborating with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Ability to influence and support organizational change initiatives, talent strategies, and employee experience improvements.
