Job Description
  • Manage multi-state, bi-weekly payroll processing and approvals in partnership with a third-party administrator.
  • Serve as a hands-on backup for payroll processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Facilitate open enrollment and oversee benefits administration, with support from external vendors.
  • Handle compliance reporting and audits.
  • Support quarterly reporting and data analysis by generating and interpreting ad hoc reports.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates, ensuring compliance with I-9 forms and E-Verify.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage leaves, training initiatives, and special projects.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll, with multi-state experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus but not required if willing to learn.
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in corporate, professional, or financial services environments is ideal.
