Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic clerical duties as needed.
• Support various departments with special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, depending on the needs of the team.
