Responsibilities:
The Branch Administrator provides support to branch personnel and corporate operations.- Reports daily payroll and GPS summary
- Prepares work order invoices for billing customers
- Following guidelines for customer’s specific billing needs and requirements
- Reports all billing totals daily
- Creates purchase orders and receives vendor invoices
- Identifies invoice inconsistencies and incorrect charges
- Supports senior management team and technicians
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office administration experience.
- Relevant industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with strong attention to detail
- Able to work between several computer programs simultaneously
- Adaptable to change
