Talent Acquisition Specialist IV

Purpose: As a member of the BI Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist IV, is part of the BCBA recruiting team, handling complex recruitment needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit BCBA candidates as assigned by Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.
• Timely and accurately provides BCBA offers to internal and external candidates.
• Follow established process for regular communication with BCBA pipeline of candidates.
• Maintain detailed candidate records in the ATS (iCIMS)
• Work with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure efficient and timely hire.
• Handle complex recruitment cases.
• Performs Other Duties as Assigned

Expectations:

• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruiting process.
• Weekly cold calls to active BCBAs across the nation.
• Consistent candidate outreach
• Move candidates through ATS iCIMS.
• Provide KPI reporting as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous ABA experience highly preferred.
• 2+ years of previous Talent Acquisition experience.
• May substitute, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
