Senior Civil Project Manager - Mason
Salary Range: $95k - $115k Permanent Position with Benefits
Busy Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Senior Level Civil Project Manager who is capable of planning and managing water treatment plants, water distribution systems, pump stations, water storage, collection systems, flow rate studies, storm sewer systems, and culverts.
REQUIREMENTS:Candidate should have a B.S. Engineering Degree in Civil, Environmental, and Mechanical with a P.E. License Preferred and a minimum of 10 years of hands-on Engineering Design and 4 years of Management / Supervision experience.
Preferred Candidate would have direct experience planning and managing Water Treatment, Facilities, Pumping Stations, Water Distribution Systems, Water Storage Facilities, Storm Sewer Systems, Culverts, Flow Rate, Storm Water Modeling, and Storm Water Management
Candidate must be capable of managing the activities of the staff, assigning projects, verifying completion of projects to specifications, setting budgets & schedules, mentoring the staff, monitoring the quality of the work, maintain communications with the client and regulatory agencies, prepare proposals, / contracts, determine project requirements, identify potential risks, make formal presentations, identify potential funding sources and ensure that every project meets or exceeds the company & Performance Standards..
Candidate should be familiar with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and / or Revit software.
